Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art, which focuses on hand and foot techniques. The practice and employment of these techniques is governed by the Five Tenets: Courtesy, Integrity, Self-Control, Perseverance and Indomitable Spirit. The program is “Family Style” meaning that it is open to family members Ages 6 and up.
