Military Fitness Expo
Test your kick/pass skills with the LA Rams and meet the mascot & cheerleaders, get a body work assessment from Ultimate Performance Sports Therapy, compete in fitness challenges, check out the sponsors at their tables, try out an aerobics class, and stick around for giveaways every hour!
FITNESS EVENTS:
- 1100: Fitness Expo Kick-Off 5K
- 1130: 3-Point Competition (Gym)
- 1200: Dead-lift Max Reps (Men 225 and Women 135 in 60 Seconds (Gym)
- 1230: 4-Person Power Relay (Gym) Burpees, Buddy Carry/Drag, Tire Flips, and Sprints (2 males & 2 females)
- 1300: Table Tennis Singles (Gym)
- 1400: Timed Jump Rope (Gym)
Aerobics
- 1200: Power & Flow Fusion Yoga
- 1300: Martial Arts
- 1400: Mat Pilates
- 1500: Spin Class
No registration is required for aerobics classes. This is a FREE event located on a military installation and open to authorized patrons only. Registration does not grant access to Los Angeles Air Force Base. You must have a valid DoD ID to attend. Hosted by the 61st Force Support Squadron Fitness & Sports Center.

Drawing Times: 1130, 1230, 1330 & 1430
Drawings will be held in the gymnasium. You must be present to win. One prize per person.
