Let’s count down the New Year with this fun workout:
- 10 jumping jacks
- 9 jumping squats
- 8 mountain climbers
- 7 crunches
- 6 walking lunges
- 5 tricep-dips
- 4 push ups
- 3 burpees
- 2 squats
- 1 minute plank
At your own pace perform each exercise, take breaks when needed and repeat.
