Shamrock Shuffle 5K

Lace up, wear green, and hit the LA AFB Track for the Shamrock Shuffle 5K! This St. Patrick’s Day-themed run/walk is your chance to race for glory, earn points for your unit, and maybe even snag a prize as the top male or female finisher. Participants can also earn points for their unit, which goes toward the Commander’s Cup!
Don your best green gear, bring the energy, and let’s shuffle to victory!
Commander’s Cup
Participants can also earn points for their unit, which goes toward the Commander’s Cup! The Commander’s Cup is a program with the Fitness & Sports Center where units can compete individually or as a team with other units to earn points at select Fitness & Sports events from January through May, culminating at Sport’s Day in June.
