CGO/Civilian Development Course (FSD)
Rescheduled CGO Development Course, 4-5 March 2024
The CGO Development Course, a bi-annual offering, provides a variety of tools designed to enhance leadership skills for personnel in and out of Flight Commander/supervisory positions. Lessons will drive discussion and may be activity-based. Course will be held in-person for personnel stationed at LA AFB. This class is available to O-1 – O-3 or Civilians (GS-09/GS-10), (NH-02), (NJ-03), NF-3 or NF-4 (or equivalent), and NF-2 in a manager/leadership role.
