Countdown to the New Year
15 Minutes, Low-Moderate-High Intensity Challenge
During the month of December, take part in a 15-minute, low-moderate-high intensity challenge as we count down to 2024! Run, walk, bike or row for 30 seconds, increase to moderate pace for 20 seconds, then hard as you can for 10 seconds. Rest for 2 minutes. Repeat this 5 times. Do this 3-4 times per week. This will be posted in front of the Fitness center all December.
