Health Care Awareness
Take a proactive stance on your health this March/April! This month we will focus on daily calisthenics to get our hearts pumping and bodies moving. The Youth Center has a new exercise area established with age-appropriate equipment for them to use under staff supervision. We will utilize this new area to do calisthenics and other exercises during the month.
