March Madness “Hot Shot” Competition
Calling all basketball hot shots! Come out the the LA AFB Fitness Center and take shots from from various “hot spots” on the court worth different point values. Players can choose from any zone to score as many points as you can in one minute.
Competition Rules
- Point Values: Lay up = 2 points
- Elbow = 4 points
- Three Point Line = 5 points
