NCO Foundations – Airmanship 500
NCO Foundations Course is designed to bridge the gap between distance/in-residence enlisted professional military education (EPME) opportunities. Course lessons are targeted to advance the EPME continuum of learning model – these include principles of leadership roles as an NCO, develop networking, enhance communicative skills, and improve supervisory qualities.

Eligibility: USAF/USSF NCOs who have completed ALS, but not NCOA. Seats are extended to CGOs and civilian equivalent
