NCO Professional Enhancement Seminar (PES)
3-day course designed to bridge the gap between distance/in-residence enlisted professional military education (EPME) opportunities. Course lessons are targeted to advance the EPME continuum of learning model – these include principles of leadership roles as an NCO, develop networking, enhance communicative skills, and improve supervisory qualities.
