Military Fitness Expo
The 61st Force Support Squadron Fitness & Sports Center at Los Angeles Air Force Base is excited to announce the return of the Military Fitness Expo on May 15, 2024 from 11 am to 3 pm. The expo seeks to unite fitness enthusiasts ranging from bodybuilders and power lifters to competitive athletes of all branches of service. This event will host various exhibitors featuring the latest in health and wellness, sports, fitness, and nutrition.
Events:
- 1100: Jump Rope for Time
- 1130: 3 Point Competition
- 1200: Bench Press Competition / Max Reps for Men 225 and Women 95
- 1230: 2-Person 2000m Row Race
- 1300: Table Tennis
- 1400: Vertical Jump
This is a FREE event located on a military installation and open to authorized patrons only. Registration does not grant access to Los Angeles Air Force Base. You must have a valid DoD ID to attend. Hosted by the 61st Force Support Squadron Fitness & Sports Center.
