The 61st Force Support Squadron Fitness & Sports Center at Los Angeles Air Force Base is excited to announce the return of the Military Fitness Expo on May 14, 2025, from 11 am to 3 pm. The expo seeks to unite fitness enthusiasts ranging from bodybuilders and powerlifters to competitive athletes of all branches of service. This event will host various exhibitors featuring the latest in health and wellness, sports, fitness, and nutrition.

FITNESS EVENTS

• 1100: Fitness Expo Kick Off 5K Run/Walk
• 1130: 3-Point Competition
• 1200: Dead-lifts Max Reps (Men: 225 lbs / Women: 135 lbs) 60 seconds
• 1230: 4-Person Power Relay / 2 Males and 2 Females (Burpees, Buddy Carry/Drag, Tire Flips, & Sprints)
• 1300: Table Tennis Singles
• 1400: Timed Jump Rope
• 1500: Spin Class with Mike

Indicates an event is part of the Commanders’s Cup.

AEROBICS

• 1200: Power & Flow Fusion Yoga
• 1300: Martial Arts
• 1400: Mat Pilates
• 1500: Spin Class

No registration is required for aerobics classes. This is a FREE event located on a military installation and open to authorized patrons only. Registration does not grant access to Los Angeles Air Force Base. You must have a valid DoD ID to attend. Hosted by the 61st Force Support Squadron Fitness & Sports Center.
